How the day runs
Ride-outs leave about every forty-five minutes. Allow about an hour on site from arrival to finish.
Arrive and check in
Come about fifteen minutes before your time. Show your reference or QR code and the team will find you on the list.
Briefing, kit and your ride
A short safety briefing, then helmet and gear, then roughly twenty minutes on the trail with a marshal leading and another following the group.
Back at the stand
Have a proper look over the range and talk to the dealer about anything that caught your eye.
Questions
Do I need a driving licence?
Yes. Every driver must hold a valid driver’s licence and be 19 or over. You can add a photo of it when you book, or simply bring it with you and the team will check it when you arrive.
Do I need a helmet?
Yes, and we ask you to bring your own. A helmet is required for every rider, along with eye protection. Your own kit fits you properly and you will be glad of it.
What should I wear?
Long sleeves, long trousers, gloves and closed-toe footwear that covers the ankle. That is what CFMOTO require to ride, along with a helmet and eye protection. Dress for the weather, and for getting dusty.
How long does it take?
About twenty minutes on the machine, plus the briefing beforehand and a chat afterwards. Allow an hour on site.
Can I bring someone with me?
Anyone is welcome to come along and watch. Everyone who drives needs their own booking and their own licence. Passengers are allowed in the side-by-side machines only, and they sign the waiver on the day.
What if the weather is poor?
Ride-outs run in most conditions. If we have to stop for safety we will contact you using the details you booked with.
There is more than one date. How do I know which venue I am booking?
Each date is a separate stop at a separate venue, and they are listed separately. In Nova Scotia, Friday 23 October is at Valley Drive-In Theatre in Cambridge and Saturday 24 October is at Miller Meadow MX Park – two different days in two different places. The venue and the date you chose are shown on every page as you book, and again on your confirmation email.
Find your stop
Pick your province, then choose a stop. Each stop is a separate date at a separate venue, so check both before you book.
